Refund Policy

Search-A-Roo Rental Agency is committed to fair and transparent dealings.
 

Service Cancellations

• Cancellations made before service delivery may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

• Once a service has commenced, refunds are  not available due to the time and resources committed.
   

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered where:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to regional boundaries

• There has been a clear error or failure on our part
   

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind once services have commenced or been completed.
